SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND DISABILITY
INFORMATION FOR PARENTS AND CARERS
At The KUDIZE CLUB LTD we strive to support all children to enable them to play, relax and enjoy our breakfast club, after school club and holiday clubs.
From time to time, some children in our care may need additional support to help them to enjoy their time with us.
We encourage parents and carers to share any information (large or small) that they feel will help us support their child to have a playful and happy time while at our setting.
OUR SEND INFORMATION.
I hope you find this information helpful in explaining how children with SEND are supported At Kudize Club and give you signposts to outside organisations who can help you support your child..
