Meet the Kudize Club Team
Early Years Key Person, Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Pediatric First Aider, Health & Safety Officer & Fire safety Officer.
The youngest of five, Becky grew up in a big family with a big heart, and for many years, her dream job was to be the person who made the thing when the Blue Peter presenter said ‘here’s one we made earlier’.
Becky’s passion for making things lead to an Art Degree at Loughborough University in 1998, and after having two children, she completed her Early Years professional qualification in 2012.
Fast-forward to the present, Becky feels incredibly lucky to be part of a creative and caring club where children feel like they belong. In fact, it’s her dream job.

I have been graduated with DipHE and was awarded a degree comparable to a British honours Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy. I have great experience working with children of different ages.
I have been working for Kudize club for 4 years as a supervisor and helping occasionally to run holiday club.I’m an early years specialist and have previously worked close with sen children. Thanks to my experience, I can offer help and support to SEN children and their parents.
Hello my name is Vanessa. I am a mum of three and have lived most of my life in Hassocks. I have lots of experience working with children from being a Nanny in the UK and USA to a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant and Mid Day Meals Supervisor at local schools. I enjoy working with children best and I’m thrilled to be working at Kudize club and to extend my learning journey.
I’ve been working at Kudize for 2 and a half years but had worked with children, through my mums work, and scouting for a few years before that, helping run activities and games. I studied child development at secondary school, and have been babysitting since the age of 15 which has given me experience with working with children individually as well as in large groups.
Hi, my name is Claire. I have lived in Hassocks for over 20 years. During this time I have raised my four children and have worked and volunteered within many different local childcare settings. These include, being a Midday Meals Supervisor at local schools, looking after children as a before and after school Nanny and working as a Nursery Practitioner at a Pre-school and Day Nursery. I am currently working through a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Playwork and I am enjoying working with all the children at Kudizeclub who are teaching me the value of play.
I’m 18 years old and have been volunteering as a leader in the scouts since 2017 and have helped on two camps working with kids aged 10-14. I love being outdoors and am currently doing my Gold DofE
