What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel Breakfast or After School bookings online.
If you cancel the booking before 36 hours of the day of the booked session, you will be automatically issued with a credit which you can re-use.
After 36 hours you can still cancel, but you will not be issued with a credit after this time.
If you cancel a booking which you have already paid for, please email victoria@theofficeconcept.com as we, unfortunately, do not receive notification of cancellations, so we need you to tell us so we can amend your payment plan.
If under exceptional circumstances a refund needs to be issued, a £10 admin fee will be charged, to cover our costs.
We are unable to refund if the payment has been made with childcare vouchers
